Zack, Cody, and London move aboard the S.S. Tipton to attend high school on the high seas. Zack meets his new roommate, Bailey.

The Suite Life On Deck The ship takes a detour to Mr. Tipton’s villa on Parrot Island in order to track down London who has runaway. On the island, they discover that London has been thrown in jail because Mr. Tipton hasn’t been very environmentally friendly.

London pays for Maddie to join her and the boys on a vacation aboard the SS Tipton when they're docked in Europe. When Maddie, the boys, London, and Bailey visit the castle of a small country, a prince spots Maddie and insists she escort him to a ball.

While ashore in Italy, Bailey and London meet Luca who immediately charms London. Unfortunately, Luca's uncle disowns him for falling in love with a nouveau riche American.

Cody drags Zack along with him to meet his yoga guru on a mountain top only to discover that nirvana comes at a price. Meanwhile, Padma returns to the ship and asks for London's help in deceiving her mother into believing she has been at sea school.

Zack falls for a girl travelling with her stuffy father. When Zack takes his date to see the hypnotist show on the ship, the girl succumbs to a hypnotic suggestion and starts to act wild. The boys must hide her crazy behavior and get her back to normal.
